Information System Detailed and Traffic Information for Telephone Calls

The Information System RITA-All consolidates all data collected by the Computerized Charging and Billing System RITA-V2 for an entire city or region with governance. It allows to prepare and print detailed information about each subscriber, to look up for subscribers who have dialed specific number, to extract calls possessing certain abnormalities, to prepare traffic and statistical information, etc. Information recorded conversations are formed by a RITA-V2 systems and transmitted over the LAN or via modem to the server where this information is processed and stored.

Supplied Information

Subscriber information - detailed data for calls effected by the subscriber with indication of dialed number, name of the line, date, hour, call beginning and duration, registered and calculated charging units.

Major client information - detailed data for calls effected by each telephone number of a subscriber possessing more than one telephone number (major client). Appropriate for subscriber with several telephone numbers requesting information for the calls, made from each of these numbers. This information is generated for all numbers simultaneously with a summary of the data and the relevant total charging.

Summarized major client information - outputs only the summarized data for the calls of each number - i.e. telephone number, number of calls, number of charging units, call duration.

Line statistics - statistic information about calls of a major client to a list of lines. The following data are displayed for each telephone number and each line of the major client: number of calls, number of charging units and total call duration. Two summarizing tables for phone numbers and lines are presented.

Information for incoming calls - detailed information for incoming calls to one line or to a list of lines. It is possible to extract calls which dialed number contains a pre-set sequence of figures. It is displayed for each number - A number, B number, name of the line (direction) date, call beginning and terminating, number of recorded charging units. Incoming calls statistics - summarizes the information from "Incoming Calls" and provides data for the number of calls, charging units and call duration time for each of the called numbers within the selected framework.

Exchange statistics - provides generalized information per exchange about the calls to each line from a list of lines.

Information about wrong calls - detailed information for calls displaying some abnormalities.

Charging units for certain period - displays information for the calls, collected by the subscribers for a selected period of time.

The access to these information is monitored by the keyword entered by the operator. They are recorded: the time and our of the request, the type of the information requested and the name of the operator ho provided .
