NHC-H36 - Electronic temperature regulator for combined water heater with Solar collector

NHC-H36 is a new family of electronic temperature regulators, designed for combined water heaters with up to two heat exchangers and a mono phase electrical heater. The controller has a temperature regulator for an electrical heater and a differential temperature regulator, specially adapted for a solar collector installation. The main advantage of this solution is the perfect interaction between both temperature regulators that helps to choose the most appropriate heat source. Because of this, you will have hot water whenever you need it, heated on the lowest possible prices. The controller directly runs the solar installation's circulation pump and turns on the electrical heater. It has an elegant graphic LCD display with raised contrast, showing a lot of useful information about the current condition and performance of the water heater's installation. The controller precisely measures the temperature using three temperature sensors, working with accuracy lower than 1%. The compact dimensions of the controller allow it to be built-in directly in the water heater. The controllers are designed to be built-in for the water heaters, produced by Eldominvest.

Specific advantages of the temperature regulators NHC-H36:

New automatic software with less and easier menus to set the required parameters. The work modes are more simple, because the controller decides by itself which heat source is better to be used.

Measures and displays the temperature of the water in the water heater at two points at the same time: at the bottom, near the heating element and in the middle, over the solar collector's heat exchanger.

Automatically turns on a safe mode to protect the solar collector from overheating.

Uses additional energy from the electrical heater if the temperature of the water, heated by the solar collector, is not high enough.

Automatically takes off the heat from the water heater during the night to protect the solar collector from overheating on the next day.

Prevents the freezing of the water heater and the solar collector.

Gives information about the anode protector's condition.

Gives information if there is a leakage from the heating element to the housing more than 30mA and automatically turns the electrical heater off if such a leakage is registered.

Diagnoses all of the used circuits.

Has three timers that define up to three intervals of the day when the electrical heater is allowed to work more intensive.

Supports system time and date. It's really convenient to know what's the time while you are in the bathroom.

Has an option to report the consumed energy in kWh digitally for two price tariffs.

Shows graphics, divided by hours, for the current and the previous day, with information about the consumed energy and active time of the solar collector's circulation pump.

Watches for the good condition of the heating element and displays a message if the water is not heated up as fast as it should be.

Has an option to connect to an external UPS to keep the circulation pumps and the controller working if a failure in the mains power supply occurs.
