We developed and implemented RITA-V2 - the most widespread telephone calls charging system in the analogue automatic telephone exchanges type A29. We made DX100 - the first digital call center for BTC. We developed some of the information systems that facilitated the telephone exchanges maintenance and the technology processes control in BTC.
